الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامكم لتطبيق ديزة، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

1. شروط الحساب

يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند التسجيل. المستخدم مسؤول تماماً عن حماية كلمة المرور وأي أنشطة تتم من خلال حسابه.

2. سياسة الطلب والتوصيل

تعتبر الطلبات نهائية بمجرد تأكيدها. نسعى جاهدين للالتزام بمواعيد التوصيل، ولكن قد تحدث تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا بسبب ظروف لوجستية.

3. الأسعار والمدفوعات

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالعملة المحلية وشاملة للرسوم المعلنة. يحق للمنصة تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت قبل إتمام عملية الطلب.

4. سلوك المستخدم

يُمنع استخدام المنصة لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو التلاعب بالنظام أو الإساءة لمزودي الخدمة.

5. تحديد المسؤولية

ديزة هي منصة وسيطة تربط بين التجار والمشترين. نحن نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان جودة الخدمة ولكن لا نتحمل مسؤولية مباشرة عن عيوب المنتجات التي تقع ضمن مسؤولية التاجر.

By using the Dizza application, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Account Terms

Accurate information must be provided during registration. The user is solely responsible for password security and all activities under their account.

2. Ordering and Delivery

Orders are final once confirmed. We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the local currency. The platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time before the order is finalized.

4. User Conduct

The platform must not be used for illegal purposes, system manipulation, or harassment of service providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dizza is an intermediary platform connecting merchants and buyers. While we ensure service quality, product defects remain the sole responsibility of the merchant.
